Nota: De onderstaande screendumps werden genomen in een Windows 10 omgeving. Bij andere Windows versies kunnen de vensters er lichtjes anders uitzien. Je PC heeft een vrije ethernet poort nodig, die uitsluitend voor de Cyborg graveermachine zal dienen. Voeg een tweede ethernet poort toe indien nodig. Sluit de X-300 aan met de meegeleverde CAT 6A ethernet kabel. Stel daarna de Ethernet poort in. Ga naar de windows netwerk instellingen, de netwerk adapter met “No network access” is die voor de X-300:

Klik op de adapter met ‘no network access’, hier: “LAN-verbinding 4” , de tektst in jouw PC is mogelijk anders.

Klik op de “Properties” knop.

Markeer enkel de TCP/IP V4 optie en ont-markeer alle andere opties. Klik vervolgens op de “properties” knop.

The PC ethernet adapter gets IP Address 172.22.2.101. The Cyborg X-300 is setup for 172.22.2.100.
Press OK, now you can test if the network is working, click the Windows Start button, select all programs ⇒ accessories⇒command prompt.
In the command prompt, enter “ping 172.22.2.100” and hit the Enter key. When the connection is OK, you should see:


If the connection would fail you will see the following:

If you see this problem, check your cable and your network settings again.
Also check that the yellow led on the X-300 ethernet port is flashing at approximately 1Hz.

The Cyborg pendent software needs real-time priority on Windows to control your machine correctly.
This is only allowed with Admin rights, so make sure the user has Admin Rights, these screens are from Windows 7, they are similar on Windows 8, 10 and 11:
Switch off “User Account Control” (=set to the lowest level)

The Cyborg pendent application must be started as Administrator and the user starting it must have admin rights.
Right click the mouse on the Cyborg pendent Icon and then select run as Administrator on Windows 7/8/10/11.
