"Copy" and "Paste" menu options
De menu-opties Kopiëren en Plakken werken heel nauw samen. Je kan ze eigenlijk beschouwen als twee stappen van één en dezelfde functie. De bedoeling is om een tekstregel te gebruiken als model of “bron” voor een aantal eigenschappen en om die eigenschappen over te nemen naar één of meer tekstregels binnen dezelfde job.
Kopiëren

Met je cursor in een specifieke tekstregel activeer je de Kopiërenfunctie, en in het venster dat dan opengaat, “Te kopiëren eigenschappen”, kies je de eigenschap(pen) die je wil overnemen

- Basislijn
- Linkermarge
- Rechtermarge
- Lettertype
- Uitlijning
- Inkrimping
- Inter karakter Spatie
- Cursief
- Tekst
- Subregels

in het hoofdscherm.
Paste
▪ Details
Will paste the properties you selected in the Copy window. There are three available options:
- Current Line: Will paste the properties to the current line, i.e. the line in which your red cursor line is currently blinking.
- Multiple Lines: Will paste the properties to the range of lines which you specify in the Start and Finish Paste at Line boxes.
- All Lines: Will paste the selected properties to all of the text lines.
To confirm, press the “OK” button. “Cancel” will allow you to leave the Paste window without further consequences.
