De eerste drie menukeuzes zijn vinkvakjes. Door elke van die keuzes aan of uit te vinken, zal u die functie activeren of deactiveren. De afbeelding links toont het menu Bekijk met de menukeuzes Toon object contouren en Toon pauzepunten.

• Display Object Outlines:
  • Activating will have a dashed line appear around text lines and images. This will make t easier for the operator to visualise and compare the positions of text lines and image boxes.
  • Deactivating will give you a clearer view of what the engraved end result will actually look like.
• Pointer Ruler Guides
  • Activating this will turn you mouse cursor into a crosshair.
  • Deactivating will have your cursor return to the standard arrow-shaped Windows cursor.
• Show Pause Points
  • Activating it will make the colour of your text alternate between black and red. Each colour change indicates a pause instruction. The machine will stop engraving, the spindle will return to its up position and stop rotating, allowing the operator to exchange cutters.
  • Deactivating it will show all texts in black.

The last option is not a checkbox. The > arrow on the right will show you the batches from which you can choose.
