Daily maintenance
Periodic maintenance is of utmost importance to keep your machine in optimal working condition and to give it a long lifecycle.
When performing periodic maintenance, try to follow the prescriptions which follow hereunder.
It may be a good idea to write down your maintenance activities in a table.
• Vacuum clean your table and all accessible areas with a vacuum cleaner. Never use compressed air to get rid of chips, dust and debris.
• Check the status of your cutters. Do not use dull or broken cutters. To check the status of your cutters use a good magnifying glass.
• Unscrew the depth setting ring and nose and inspect the inside. Clean the inside and put some grease on the threaded lower part of the spindle before screwing the nose ring on again.
