| * 1 PC, keyboard, mouse and a monitor. If Symmetry has to run simultaneously with the Cyborg virtual pendent, and you want your PC to be part of a LAN, then you will need 2 ethernet ports in the PC. | |

| At this stage, the Symmetry software is fully operational, except for the output of your engraving files to the machine. Basically, you can create, open, and modify jobs as you please, but you won't be able to engrave them. In order to be able to engrave, you need to //register// your software license. | |

| Symmetry provides you with a unique **Engraver Code**. This is the Mac address of the machine controller. The Mac address is a code consisting of letters and numbers, which is unique to any computer device. As such, the code is not transferable from one computer to another. | Symmetry heeft een unieke **Engraver Code** nodig. Dit is het Mac adres van de machinebesturing. | * **Step 1: Preparation.** \\ Make sure your computer is connected to the engraving machine and the ethernet parameters have been set properly.
